If you’ve ever taken an interview preparation course, you’ve most likely been told that one of the most important questions to ask a prospective employer is “What is the company culture like?” Why is this question so vital to ask? Leomhann Enterprises believes that individuals crave a work environment that possesses the same values and characteristics as they do. Here in Cleveland, OH, the culture is the best part of  our company! The following are four focal points of our work environment.

Office Nights

Every Thursday, the Leomhann Enterprises team gets together after work to do fun activities such as bowling, laser tag, game night, etc. Engaging as a team in these weekly activities has proven to be an effective bonding strategy, as it is the perfect way to get to know each other outside of work. Our Founder & CEO, Jeffrey, says, “The work environment is very upbeat and “work hard play hard”. We have a lot of fun, work hard all week, and then top it off on Thursday night with office night.”

Leadership Training

Leadership is a huge part of our culture. In fact, it’s one of our core values. Jeffrey explains, “At Leomhann Enterprises, we’re all about developing individuals to become the great version of themselves and helping them hit whatever goals they have set for themselves.” Not only do we set individual goals, we also set team goals, which creates unity and motivation within our culture. Like our Human Resources Manager, Abbigail, says, “You spend so much time at work with your coworkers, so I feel like it’s so important to have that relationship with them and to feel like they’re your family. The positivity and energy we have is definitely my favorite part of the business.”

Competition & Recognition

At Leomhann Enterprises, we’re all about rewarding hard work. Our management team rewards those who reach their weekly goals with perks such as gift cards, dinners, and even homemade pies. (That’s not a joke; our Human Resources team bakes a pie for any team member that is promoted to Corporate Trainer, haha!) From Starbucks cards to performance bonuses from our client, our team members are constantly being recognized for going the extra mile!

Attitude

The “attitude” of our culture is something were immensely proud of. We foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. As Assistant Manager Winston notes, “My favorite thing about working here is the family feel and camaraderie that we have in the office.” We promote an environment that is free of negativity and is solution-oriented rather than problem-focused. HR Administrator Brea mentions, “I love that everyone comes into the office with a smiling face and asks how you are. The people here genuinely care about each other and want to help others succeed.”
